1. Prepaid Orders Only
- All orders placed through our website are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Orders once placed and paid for cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. No Return or Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
- Please ensure all order details and delivery information are accurate at the time of checkout.
3. Exceptions – Damaged or Expired Product
- In rare cases where the product is received in a completely broken condition or is found to be expired at the time of delivery, we will review the issue.
- To be eligible, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
- After reviewing the case, a refund or replacement may be issued at our sole discretion.
