At Sher Ae Punjab Bakers, we aim to deliver your favorite rusks and cake rusks fresh and promptly. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volume, dispatch may take an additional day. You will be notified via email in such cases.
2. Delivery Timelines
- We ship all orders via our logistics partner Shiprocket, which may use multiple courier services.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer to deliver.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
- We may offer free shipping on promotional campaigns or minimum order values, which will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the tracking number and link.
- You can also track your order directly on our website via the Order Tracking page.
5. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to all major pin codes across India covered by Shiprocket’s courier partners.
- If your location is unserviceable, our team will contact you for an alternative address or refund.
6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- In case of non-delivery, the product may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
